  RCC's primary goal, when engaged in coaching, is to assist and guide small business owners in creating a solid foundation for a sustainable business, by helping them clarify the vision of their business and provide tools to achieve their goals. 

  We typically meet you on a regular basis (this could be in person, over Zoom or via the phone) to discuss current and future business and personal issues you’re facing. Our overall objective is to keep you and your business on track and continually move you towards your future business goals. We typically work on three main areas; general planning, marketing and financial planning. 

 Confidence Building: the value of confidence in business can’t be underestimated. We help to enhance your confidence when handling conflict, dealing with major situations or solving a crisis. Professional confidence allows you to remain sharp and play your best game. Remember, as a business founder, your time and effort is extremely valuable and we help you own your value.  

 Experienced Financial Planning: Planning a budget can be extremely difficult when you have your head wrapped around your marketing plan, potential growth, business plan and so much more. We help you organize your finances in a beneficial and smart manner.  We help you stay focused so you can reach your goals.

 We encourage you to get out of your comfort zone: this is a very important aspect especially if you’re an introvert entrepreneur who often gets immersed and overwhelmed in the day to day tasks of running a business. We give you the push you need to step out of your comfort zone, try new things in your business, meet new people and seize new opportunities. Even outgoing business owners can get caught in a rut, we give them the much-needed push as well.
